Conflicting with custom bootstrap3 #12

I was using a custom bootstrap which I customised using http://getbootstrap.com/customize - but when I use this webjar it conflicts with my local custom bootstrap. Is there a way I can specify not to download the bootstrap3.0? Please suggest alternative if available...

I am unable to use this webjar unless there is some workaround for this issue

There really shouldn't be a conflict. But you an exclude the transitive dependency. What build tool are you using?
