google analytics should be disabled by default #109

evey html pages in dashboard has 'hard-coded' google analytics code

separte scripts into some js file
make it respect some config file like site-config.json
user should be able to set enable/disable GA in the configuration file
some site-specific code like UA-* should be also supported by the configuration

gotchazipc added this to the webida v 1.7.0 milestone
