URL: https://tonite.dance/

Browser / Version: Firefox Mobile 63.0
Operating System: Android 7.1.2
Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Black distortion in top-left corner and web page loads in bizarre way
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Firefox Reality, and enter https://tonite.dance/ in the URL bar.
  2. Notice as the page is loading, a black rectangle appears in the top-left corner of the window. And the background is gray, not black.
  3. Notice after several seconds, the page's background becomes black, and everything looks more normal.

This issue does not appear when loading the same page, https://tonite.dance/, in the Oculus Browser (Chromium). The black rectangle is not visible, and the background color while loading is black.

VR Browser: Firefox Reality
VR Device: Oculus Go
Build ID: OTBk7afrRu2nW81w0kOyBA

Thanks, @cvan for the issue!
I'll move this to Needsdiagnosis, and get to it later, when we'll have some cool new gear to test on.

Posting for reference: This seems related to puckey/dance-tonite#22.

We should test this with the Oculus browser UA string.

FYI: I've reproduced this in Oculus Browser recently. But I cannot seem to reproduce it 100% consistently.

This seems to be working now? On Mobile at least.
