The following tests reference a resources/flexbox.css stylesheet which does not exist at the specified location:

css/css-flexbox/reference/flexbox-with-multi-column-property-ref.html
css/css-flexbox/percentage-descendant-of-anonymous-flex-item.html

It seems likely that they are trying to reference css/css-flexbox/support/flexbox.css.
