Create or match image caption styles

Currently there are two different ways to add a caption to an image: through the Media Library or through CKEditor. The style applied by the CKEditor does not match our current branding and causes other issues with formatting.

• remove caption styles output by CKEditor
• create new caption style or match the current style output by Media Library
