Featured Images associated with news stories do not display in the news story default view mode. The reason for this is because it's not included in the twig template.

We'd like to add a field to the news content type that toggles whether the featured image should display on the news article. Then, in the twig template, if that field is checked, display the image. By default, the display image field should be checked.

Alternatively, we could remove using the content.field variables in the news twig templates and just output {{ content }}, which would give the end user control of the display.
