Menu Admin UX Improvements

Motivation: With our sites having one "Main Menu" for the navigation, the number of items in the menu can be very large and hard to manage when adding or updating.

Proposed improvements: Adding the "Big Menu" and "Menu Select" modules would improve the UX for our site editors when they need to manage their site's menus.
