Syntax highlight for lpegrex
The .tmLanguage file is the syntax file used for VSCode, Sublime Text, etc.
.iro file is used for Iro to generate syntax files for other editors.
Will most likely also work with vanilla LPeg since lpegrex/lpeglabel does not remove stuff.
