J2735 Unknown Open Type

I am working on a project for my thesis to use wireshark to show the contents of packets using the SAE J2735 DSRC Message Set Dictionary Specs, and to that end, I have been following your project here on github, namely the discussions between you and @AhmedElshaarany , and referencing your slides from the Automative Linux Summit last year in Tokyo.

I've made good progress, but when opening a pcap file with data, I am getting the following issue on wireshark about the data frame being an Unknown Open Type. I am wondering if you can provide some guidance on where I am going wrong in my setup of your project. Attached below is a screenshot of what wireshark looks like on my end:
