It seems the bot is not doing an automatic trade of offers. Is it right or do I need to set up something?

Nope, there are no "automatic trade offers".
What you can do is, once you init the bot and see him on your Steam friendlist, you can message him "inventory example" and the bot will send you a trade offer. That's it.
