If pktsyms less than 128 transmission will be corrupted.

usdr_dms_create(dev, "/ll/stx/0", fmt, chmsk, 64, &usds_tx);

or

./usdr_dm_create -t -r1e6 -e1701e6 -E1700e6 -I ~/signalDump.ci16 -O 16
