Read Only Access

Hi,

I finally manage to integrate your sftp version of elfinder in my application, but I have read-only access.
The ssh user has normal rights over his account, but with elfinder everything appears locked and I can't upload files, etc. The locks appear everywhere.

Any hint what could be wrong?
My roots array in connector.php is the default one, as in your example.

It looks it may have something to do with the temporary folders, as thumbnails aren't generated either.
I have checked again and everything looks correct. How could I debug this?
