"expected format" issues

Describe the bug
When loading up the game, I'm getting the Expected Patches issue, so i followed the instructions on the mod page on nexus and still run into this issue

To Reproduce
To reproduce this, all I try and do is try and load the game through Mod Organizer 2 (upto date version)

Expected behavior
When I load the game, I expect it to load

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Game Version you started from: 1.6.342
• Game Version you downgraded to: Pre-AE Version (1.5.something)
• Mod Manager: MO2

I've tried verifying the files and still run into the issue

Quick edit: Reinstalling the game did not help

I stand corrected.
Upon further examination, the windows patchers seem to have all been uploaded on the 13th on the nexus.
So if you got the files from there after then i am at a loss
