make use of "profile name"

Issue: "Profile name" (and "Description") are not used -- maybe add the "Profile Name" in the "Select" column beside the radio button?

I wonder if we really need Profile name and description, the profile is very well described by browser/at/plugin

I agree, probably best to take it out. I don't feel it adds much and it may be confusing.
