Situation

i can't open the app it's said wait web server http://127.0.0.1:18888 and on the navigator i got a error 127.0.0.1 refused the connection

similar problem, antivirus is disabled, firewall settings do not affect the result, changing the port did not solve the issue either

by the way, a couple of times the issue was solved by deleting the model that I chose the last time, but yesterday it didn’t help, I updated the server and the error still appears

when choosing available ports from under netstat or which I used for other projects (that work under these ports), it stops waiting for a response from the port, but then nothing happens even with a long wait
