  • Split logic for MUNI and VUT people
  • Divide it to subcommands: /verify vut, /verify muni, /verify host (connected with previous point)
  • Create banned_person or so-called db to track people that can't verify bc they have some history on the server (closes Add warning to verify host app #1049 )
