Support hot reload by watching files not under docs

In the monorepo development mode, sometimes the rendering in docs depends on the code in another repository, so when the code in another repository changes, it is expected to trigger a hot reload of docs

Support configuration to watch specified folders to trigger hot reload

Can you show what's your project structure like? I think this is already configurable via vite options.
