Translator comments not always wrapped if it split into multiple lines

Hi, thanks for providing POEdit, it is very useful for my open-source translation work :)

I have noticed that translator comments are not always wrapped if they are split into multiple lines. The first line of a multiline comment is wrapped correctly, and it looks like sometimes a succeeding line is wrapped as well, but I have not been able to understand its logic. Succeeding lines are appended if they is enough space left in the line, but as mentioned not (always) wrapped. This means that information is potentially lost.

It could be a regression, I noticed this problem only recently and have been using POEdit since version 2.x.

I have attached a MWE file that contains one string with a long translation comment in a single line, and a second string with a multiline comment: (as txt since github won't let me upload a .po)

First line wrapped and it appears the second line is wrapped once as well, but not a second time.

Long but single comment line:
