Happy New Year!
To kick off 2024 I have tagged new developer releases for the various VulkanSceneGraph projects, it's been quite a while since the VulkanSceneGraph-1.0.9 release so there are plenty of new features and bug fixes that been made to the various projects.
I say developer releases as I have made 1.1 branches for the VSG, vsgXchange or vsgExamples, and view this releases work in progress rather than stable releases where lots of testing has been done in the community and there is a need to try to maintain ABI compatibility across a release series. For the up coming stable releases we'll have 1.2 branch and I'll then put effort into keeping that 1.2.x series a more stable target. Personally I wouldn't recommend use the 1.1.x dev releases as a basis for pushing releases to repos as it'll be a rapidly moving target.
The respective releases are:
https://github.com/vsg-dev/VulkanSceneGraph/releases/tag/v1.1.0
https://github.com/vsg-dev/vsgXchange/releases/tag/v1.1.0
https://github.com/vsg-dev/vsgExamples/releases/tag/v1.1.0
https://github.com/vsg-dev/vsgImGui/releases/tag/v0.2.0
https://github.com/vsg-dev/vsgQt/releases/tag/v0.2.0
https://github.com/vsg-dev/vsgPoints/releases/tag/v0.3.0
These release tags include all the various changes made so I'll defer to them rather than try to enumerate them all in this post.
