Wrong handle type used in OcilibCallbackHAEvent()

Hi,

Currently, the type OCI_HTYPE_SERVER is used with the attributes OCI_ATTR_HA_SRVFIRST and OCI_ATTR_HA_SRVNEXT.
Since the handle is a pointer to an OCIEvent, the handle type should be OCI_HTYPE_EVENT.
