Issue description : No proper Documentation .

Need to fixing : Documentation is very important in the open source projects without it you cant keep up with the process of the project and also the timeline.

How to reproduce while bug ; there is no bug .

Environment : OS windows , vs code

This is just an enhancement technique to be used for better projects .
