Feature

I want to add some extension to x509 for my cert.

[ v3_ca ]
subjectKeyIdentifier=hash
authorityKeyIdentifier=keyid:always,issuer
basicConstraints = critical,CA:true

Let me know, I can raise a PR to get this moving.
