Google apps cost us like $200/Mo atm, would be good to migrate off or reduce expenditure

Ideas:

migrate email domain to @flux.party; use Google apps for lists and things but not personal email
use member UI for email (big task)
use mail gun for programmatic email (so it's delivered to back end)
use "send from" features of Gmail plus multiple lists/groups
create personal Gmail group for each person and fwd email to somewhere else (combine with send from for betterness)
integrate email with discussion forum (e.g. PMs)
