Sonolark port forwarding requires use of kubectl proxy when accessing from outside cluster #170

Need to figure out if there is a better way to access the cluster programmatically rather than having to manually set up a proxy to access the API from outside the cluster. Currently you must have kubectl proxy running or run your Starlark script using Sonobuoy to use the Kubernetes port forward feature in Sonolark.
