Simplify reuse of post-processor tasks

We will have some examples of how to do things like remove skips and people can copy/paste them, but we should be able to make it even easier in those cases and allow users to just specify which common tweaks to do.

We may be able to hardcode these ytt files and then allow them to just be referenced? That would avoid us having to add lots of special case flags and would also allow custom ordering etc.
