migrate-vms not working - virtual machine not found

I upgraded vcd-cli to 23.0.0 from 21.0.0. We have Cloud Director 10.1. It seems that pvdc migrate-vms stopped working correctly, because it always says:

Error: virtual machine '***' not Found

I was trying to "use" org, or "use" VDC, or even "use" vapp, but still it behaves the same way.

Is there some workaround available? We need to migrate VMs between RPs and vcd-cli seems to be the only option, which we lost...
