The NodeJS example was easy enough but directions are needed to send data to the proxy or via direct ingest. I'm assuming we edit tracing.js (tracing.js has a hardcoded IP that needs to be localhost). https://github.com/wavefrontHQ/hackathon/tree/master/distributed-tracing/node-js-app

Same issue for the Ruby example.
