Impropve the Open Telemetry exporter

Traces from given trace session are exported into a single Open Telemetry spam. By default, the traces are sent to the database when the span is closed, at the end of the tracing session. This logic can cause big performance problem, as traces from single trace session can be huge.

• Explore if there is a way to sent Open Telemetry traces to the database live, during the trace session and before closing the span.
