In file skeletons/GeneralisedTime.c, there is a variable timezone used in a macro GMTOFF which is not defined here. Investigating further I feel that instead of this variable the author might be trying to use _timezone ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/c-runtime-library/daylight-dstbias-timezone-and-tzname?view=msvc-170 )
