arms-mbon (and template) landing page will need a footer #10

We will need a footer to the landing page template. It will need to have the following:

link to "contact" page (probably Team?)
space for people to put project logos (e.g. horizon ones)
a link to the privacy policy, for which text we will need to have a json file and the landing page owner fills that in (we can make an example one)

Probably a good idea to discuss the layout of this before coding begins
