binnodeproto.child(pos) returns jsavnullnodes #156

binnodeproto.child(pos) returns jsavnullnodes, but binnodeproto.left() and binnodeproto.right() don't.

Is this a bug or a feature?

Only setchild() uses the child function to obtain values for child and oChild, but this can easily be rewritten with self.childnodes[pos].
