macOS 10.15.7 has decided it doesn't like alerter

For what it's worth I've called alerter from keyboard maestro with the following shell script:

/usr/local/bin/alerter -message "Should I send this email for you?" -actions "Yes" -closeLabel "Cancel" -sound "blow" -sender "com.stairways.keyboardmaestro.engine" -title "EEmail1" -group "eemail1" -timeout 25

Yes have the same issue when testing on catalina 10.15.7

The new released for big sur works for Catalina. However, with the new version the notification from alerter just shows few seconds and then dissapear. Normally the notification should stay visible until the user is taking action
