Goal: Fix dsum randomness
paper: Improving privacy and security in multi-authority attribute-based encryption

user can compute a $r_{pk} \in \mathbb{A}$
where $\sum_{ pk'\in U } r_{pk'} = 0$
and publish $x_{pk}+r_{pk}$
