Ability to set a custom Parser only for a router or a route

It would be nice if the parser could be changed for a single route that is designed to work with 3rd parties sending less common data formats e.g. https://hapifhir.github.io/hapi-hl7v2/hapi-hl7overhttp/specification.html

From a quick look at the source it doesn't seem like this is currently feasible.
