Updated some env variables & added AWS prod build job

initial tagging of the repo

We need to tag the repo so that AWS can see there's a change.

This is the first tag - hence it's v0.0.1 - in future we should probably look to using SemVer like we do with vf-core.

This release has the base vf-core'd WordPress theme, plus some things to make use of the content hub, amongst other cool things.
