Clicking on the Tool, Settings, or Help buttons does not trigger any action. There is no feedback or indication that the buttons are working, which disrupts user experience and prevents access to essential functionalities.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the application.
Attempt to click on the Tool, Settings, or Help buttons.
Observe that no action occurs upon clicking.
Expected Behavior:
Clicking on the Tool, Settings, and Help buttons should open their respective menus or settings interfaces.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens when these buttons are clicked, with no visible feedback or action.
