[BUG] Issues in Footer and Hover Effect on Signup Button

Description

Copyright statement has too much small size and highlighted text not visible clearly.
Footer Social media not working.
No hover effect when we hover on sign up button.

@vishanurag pls assign me under label gssoc-ext and hacktoberfest-accepted
