Data Enquiry - "Öffentliche Datenanfragen"

The "Öffentliche Datenanfragen" listed below the Data enquiry form should have a link to the complete content with possibility to comment, like for example

And we should decide if we prefer to have a pager for the listing of all the "Öffentliche Datenanfragen" on the page with form (this how it is currently done, see https://offenedaten-koeln.de/daten/anfragen) or if we want to link to a new page listing all the "Öffentliche Datenanfragen" (this separate page is not implemented yet, but can surely be implemented. But still we would have to decide how it looks: same as on the form page? pager? etc.).

We agreed on not having the link to the complete content and no public commenting on "Datenanfragen".

But a possible answer should be included in the listing.

The pager/load more spinner is now implemented in frontend, thanks ✅
