I've renamed gem to 'spree_bank_transfer' instead of 'spree-bank-transfer'

@redglory, I am trying to get spree_bank_transfer to work on a Spree 3.0 install too. I had to tweak some things from your branch and the add details link (js function) in the order show#page doesn't work. I would be glad to help you port the gem to a 3.0 version. How can I do?
