Mint Linux is a Debian derivative, so add support for it.

I am looking forward to this.

Did you find this useful? Would Docker be an appropriate replacement for you?

@thelazyenginerd I would likely find this project very useful - if it had support for my OS.

Docker is not a suitable replacement for me, regrettably.
Everything I had in mind for this was performance-intensive, and VMs have awful performance (especially when on a Pentium 4 which lacks virtualization support.)

Steam needs all the resources it can get (plus graphics-in-a-VM isn't perfect yet), and I want to keep it away from my personal files, as it is closed-source. The other use I had in mind, software compilation, needs all the CPU it can get, and I'd like to do it in a chroot if possible since most programs usually need hundreds of dependencies I'd rather not clutter up my working system with.
