Hi @zanderson9, Sorry but I'm not able to reproduce the problem on linux with JMars 5.0.21 and with material-ui-swing demo. Can you reproduce the problem? |
Yes, I can reproduce but only on Mac, not on Windows

Hi @zanderson9, I used now JMars 5.0.21 on OSX with a no resolute monitor and I submitted a test problem. Maybe this problem is correlated to this issue. Unfortunately, this issue does not have the code to reproduce yet. |
OK, we can put this on hold for now. It is not critical. Thank you for looking into this. |
Hi @zanderson9, I change the label from requested more details to enhancement because the problem is the JDK8 and with the JetBrains JDK this bug was fixed. Maybe I can try to support in the future this problem inside the font class. But at the moment this problem lives. |
Hello,
JMARS user had noticed that when they type in the JTextArea component, the cursor is 3 spaces ahead of the last character typed. Image included. In this image, whenever character is typed, the cursor is ahead.
This Text Area can be accessed in JMARS from Help->Report Problem
