Blurry icon on startup

Hi there. Whenever I start a session, the Dolphin icon is always blurry, until I hover over it. This is the case across all variations of this theme, and I have had this issue with Kubuntu 22.10 (kwin 5.25.0) and Manjaro on Linux 6.1.12-1 (Kwin 5.26.5)
Here's a screenshot of what the icon looks like when it's blurred. Reinstalling or compiling the theme does nothing.
