When activated "do not disturb" toggle, on notification center, the bell is overwrite by islands border(OpenBar extension). If I disable "User Theme" extension on gnome shell it works, so the problem is with theme.

To Reproduce
Activate "do not disturb" toggle, on notification center

My gnome shell theme is: Orchis-Purple-Dark-Nord. I'm using OpenBar extension and there some conflict here, but I disabled "Theme User" and this UI bug not occurs any more.
