Right-Clicking and dragging to move your camera doesnt work if your click starts on a nameplate. Causes frustration when a lot of nameplates are on screen (raiding)

Forge has an option to toggle clickable nameplates. I guess some people find it useful, but I'd rather have them set to ignore the mouse.

Going to make this change... should I try and make a setting for it, or just disable it and see if anyone complains?
