Does VPS support all features on all frameworks? I'm particullary interested in SolidJS since solid Start cannot do SSG or per page SSR, CSR I am considering using VPS as it claims to be platform agnostic, however documentation primarily seems to focus on React and Vue and examples show SSR and CSR

Yes, see https://vite-plugin-ssr.com/solid and, yes, while the examples listed at https://vite-plugin-ssr.com/render-modes use React/Vue, you can mix render modes with Solid as well.
