internationalization with inlang paraglide-js

Add Inlang Paraglide-js.

Personally I think inlang paraglide-js is by far the most modern, optimal and generic way of implementing internationalization, and I thought it would be awesome to have it on board.
Having a template working with the latest Vike and Solid-JS would be really awesome and alleviate the efforts to implement URL based internationalization.

In fact, inlang itself uses Vike and Solid JS as their website's stack, and it's publicly available in their monorepo
