Documentation still refers to youtube-dl in numerous places #282

The youtube downloader has been using yt-dlp for a while now but there are still many references to its now-defunct predecessor youtube-dl throughout the ReadMe article as well as in the administrator page of the UI itself.
This may mislead new adopters.
I'm happy to do the edits but wanted to raise it here first, in case it's already in-hand for the next uplift.
