Intelligent / Priority Queuing

Typically, when you go to a public karaoke, the karaoke DJ will not queue up songs based on order submitted. Rather, they will give priority to those who did not sing yet, or sang less than others.

It would be nice to have some options regarding how queuing happens, and one options could be based on how many times the named user has sung so far this session. In other words, if someone has not sung much so far, their song gets queued above others who have already sung that session.
