Text size is getting shrinked when windows appear

Hello there,
I really like your theme but I cant use it because of one anyoing bug, I really hope it could be fixed :P. The problem is:
When I start debbuging additional windows appear on the bottom, making the Text area smaller. When using your theme, the area is getting smaller in addition to Text shrink- Every time I debug I need to scroll with my mouse to enlarge the text.
