What types do you recommend deriving debug for?

Channel, Rgba, really all of them. I think I have a patch though.

I think before we move much further on this, it is probably a good idea to hop on the ASWF Slack channel. We're in the process of replacing cppmm with another tool called babble. I think the OpenEXR bind will be drastically changed in the process (At least the sys level crate. The API level should be good.)
